Curing rate depends on humidity, environmental and substrate temperature and thickness of sealant. However, they differ in their final physical properties achieved after full curing such as temperature resistance, Weatherability, Surface Preparation required and paintaibility etc. You must decide on the final property you want. Generally sealants are considered to be low in strength for primarily sealing application. PU Sealant 221 is a glazing sealant that not only seals but bonds with extremely high strength. It has a higher hardness rating than standard body sealants.
